Contest Runs 2/15/09 – 3/12/09
1. Independence Media general contest rules apply to this contest.
2. No Purchase Necessary. Contest is open to listeners who are 21 years of age or older.
3. We will qualify callers 5, 8 & 9 when the Jay-Z Song of the Day is played between 9AM & 7PM Monday through Friday until November 19th. We will reveal the song at 8AM on the Big Show. You can only qualify for this contest once.
4. All qualifiers will need to be present to win at the final Giveaway to be held on March 12th from 8PM to 10PM at Crusens on Farmington Road in Peoria. 10 last minute qualifiers will be taken.
5. Qualifiers must be present to win at the final grand prize drawing, so the odds of winning depends on the number of eligible qualifiers that show up on March 12th at Crusens.
6. Employees of Independence Media, Crusens on Farmington Road, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, wholesale distributors, and individual retail licensees are ineligible. Other media outlet employees including newspaper, radio & television employees are ineligible. This promotion is void where prohibited by law, and is subject to federal, state and local regulations. Taxes on prize won, if any, are the responsibility of the individual winner.
7. Prizes – Four qualifiers will win a pair of tickets for Jay-Z in concert March 19th at the Scottrade Center in St. Louis.
8. By accepting a prize, winners agree to release and hold sponsor & Independence Media harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from acceptance of prize and prize travel, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage. By participating in this promotion, participants agree to be bound by all the official rules of this promotion.
