Winners must present their full legal name and address and must present a valid form of identification and sign a waiver to claim all prizes. By signing the waiver winners grant Independence Media the right to use their name, voice, and or likeness without further compensation.
Unless otherwise specified, winners have two weeks from the date of winning to pick up their prizes at the Independence Media offices located at 4234 North Brandywine Drive, Peoria, IL 61614, during regular business hours, Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Prizes are forfeited if not picked up in the allotted time. Any prize unclaimed after the date of an event is forfeited.
Winners must be at least 12 years of age. Depending on the prize, older age restrictions may be imposed. No purchase is required; prizes are non-transferable and have no redeemable cash value.
Listeners are restricted to one prize per radio station per every thirty days.
Employees of Independence Media, affiliated advertising agencies, participating sponsors, promotional partners, other electronic and print media employees and their immediate families are not eligible to win.
Winners are responsible for all taxes
The technology required to make WPIA, WWCT, WHPI, and WZPN available via the Internet may result in online broadcast delays. Independence Media cannot be responsible for any difficulties that may result from these delays.
Independence Media reserves the right to make changes to all contest rules, failure to comply with all contest rules may result in disqualification.
